Research abstract

Omni will adapt and qualify current Aircrew Safe-to-Fly (StF) approved bladder relief device (BRD) for use with current CBRN and MOPP4 systems. In Phase I, Omni will demonstrate the advantages of bladder relief system solution for CBRN environments and identify and solidify customer requirements. Adapting Omni’s current BRDs to be used for mobile ground troops and CBRN environments will allow users to wear PPE for longer durations without worrying about the need to urinate, allowing them to remain hydrated and alert.
