Research abstract

An advanced radar signal processing technology is proposed to improve missile seeker guidance in midcourse and terminal phases. This technology, which has been developed for aircraft identification, will allow specific aimpoints on targets to be selected for guidance as well as fusing. During Phase I we plan to demonstrate with real data on aircraft that the concept is viable.
