Not Available It is proposed that a total integrated autonomous field programmable miniaturized smart generic TIK with built-in communications ports for GPS and telemetry link be developed. The proposed TIK would employ configurable computing techniques, adaptive learning software and be packaged using SMT technology. The proposed TIK would adapt its own virtual hardware configuration to satisfy each individual test requirement.
