Research abstract

Not Available Creare proposes to develop a light weight and highly efficient diesel fueled linear force actuator with low observables for powering long range walking machines and exoskeletons. In Phase I, we will develop and experimentally demonstrate a safe, stable, and controllable diesel heat source, and develop an actuator system package design suited to an infantry exoskeleton application. Phase I activities will include analysis, experimentation, and design. In Phase II, we will design, build, develop, and demonstrate a complete prototype personal amplification system powered by the actuator.
