Research abstract

Herblane Industries has developed an ACES concept that is less costly and more effective than pyrotechnic bomb racks. The system will be adaptable for present and planned combat aircraft, and will reliably eject more types of weapons over a wider range offlight conditions. This simpler, cleaner, lighter ACES bomb rack will provide higher performance and allow for many more firings between scheduled maintenance checks.
