Research abstract

This effort, Software Radio for Weapon and Autonomous Vehicle Enablement (SR-WAVE) is proposed to mature OSR technology and adapt it into a suitable form-factor for use in weapons, Uncrewed Air Systems (UAS), and highly proliferated micro space vehicles. A key feature of this technology maturation is to ensure fully open standards are employed to transform production of such OSR to achieve low unit costs through commercial manufacturing methods.
