Research abstract

In collaboration with UTEP, Kraetonics LLC proposes to develop a general-purpose capability to wrap periodic structures over doubly-curved and irregular surfaces that is based on solid models instead of meshes. Such a capability would be a significant advancement that will enable others to incorporate doubly-curved patterns into their own designs, giving our warfighters significant advantage in the modern battlefield against first-world foes.
