Research abstract
Radial Research and Development (Radial R&D) and teammates Space Dynamics Laboratory, Leidos, and TTM Technologies will develop a suite ofábistatic ISAR focusing algorithms that will include single-frame range-Doppler ISAR, multi-frame ISAR, and interferometric 3D ISAR modes for maritime surveillance.á These algorithmsáwill apply in both cooperative scenarios with tight coupling between transmitter/receiver or in semi-cooperative scenarios with loose coupling between transmitter/receiver.á They will be implemented in real-time on target hardware and verified on both measured and synthetic data.á
