Automated Responsive Global Observation System (ARGOS) Phase II

This Phase II Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) effort develops enhancements to SciTecÆs Automated Responsive Global Observation System (ARGOS) software application to support dynamic cueing of hybrid space sensors and researches extensions to additional sensing modalities for Missile Warning / Missile Defense applications. The ARGOS software application models sensor capabilities, collection constraints, and signal attenuation to assign sensor coverage during raid scenarios and maximize coverage of targets during key portions of flight. This Phase II effort will prototype contributions of existing and emerging space and other advanced sensing systems in support of missile defense kill chains when dynamically responding to cues in complex raid scenarios. It will extend the validity and scope of mission modeling as well as develop and integrate a generalized prototype OTHR model and support appropriate OTHR measurement simulations.
