Research abstract

The proposed effort is aimed at evaluating state-of-the-art processor and computing architectures with respect to their theoretical and benchmarked performance in probabilistic AI/ML computing use-cases. The project will focus on widely employed probabilistic AI/ML computing algorithms and their mappings onto state-of-the-art AI/ML acceleration processor architectures and hardware designs in an effort to validate a target hardware platform with respect to meeting Army use-case requirements.
