Research abstract

The primary objective of this contract is to provide a robust and accurate modeling capability for Directed Energy engagements. Corvid will provide this capability by adapting and expanding upon the functionality that currently exists within our Velodyne modeling framework. Velodyne currently includes a nascent DE modeling capability that has been exercised for limited applications, but this capability must be expanded to provide a robust toolset that is adaptable to a wide variety of DE applications. This capability will be validated against tests that sufficiently represent desired engagement scenarios, thereby expanding the validation history of the Velodyne toolset.
