REFUEL: AI Powered Holistic Care (Spiritual Mental, Physical) Progressive Web/Mobile APP

The United States Department of the Air Force (USAF) and the United States Air Force Chaplain Corps (AFCC) need to mobilize an AI-Enhanced Web/Mobile Total Force Fitness Solution for adversity, trauma, threats, and stressors that Airmen/Guardians face daily. Commanders need real-time aggregated data to understand their Airmen/Guardians' mental, spiritual, social, and physical states of resilience/readiness. The REFUEL AI/ML/NLP Intelligent-Retrieval-System, helps users develop interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, improve mental and spiritual health and wellness, and build positive coping skills for challenging situations. The current method for implementing Total Force Fitness is to use antiquated paper-based programs. Digitizing these programs will free up hundreds of person-hours per year and enable leaders to focus on the real-time data the REFUEL Platform will generate for Airmen/Guardians. Big Data Collection, longitudinal assessments, and user inputs provide the framework for Predictive Analysis capabilities that can enhance strategic planning for a unit/command and across the entire DoD population. Air Force Leadership stratified the REFUEL Platform Requirements at the Unit, Command, and Tiger Team Levels, representing a cross-sectional group of service members/Airmen. The Refuel HIPAA-TLS 1.3, HIGHTRUST, Platform will integrate the Total Force Violence and Suicide Prevention Program/Training, giving users direct access to life-saving information and help.
