Research abstract

Green Magic Homes (“GMH”) is a developer of biophilic construction technology that creates advanced construction systems that empower the creation of healthy and productive habitats with sustainable development, affordability, and low environmental impact. GMH offers patented technologies, that meet all international standards in any country in the world. GMH’s revolutionary construction systems is based on semi-rigid structures made with cutting-edge polymeric compounds and aero-space technology with the ability to be used in a Rapidly Deployable Headquarters (HQ) for the USAF. With the ability to withstand almost any environment, have minimal observability, unsurpassed safety, and long-lasting and durable construction, it creates an ideal and optimal solution for the USAF. The technology versatility allows for the creation of rapidly deployable semi-permanent and permanent reconfigurable multipurpose spaces of different sizes and shapes. The modular structures water and corrosion resistant structures (could be shielded with two layers of waterproofing elements, making them energy efficient, energy saving (up to 70% less energy vs conventional), while keeping a temperature balanced interior that fosters restful sleep and rejuvenation. The modular framing system reduces material at the construction site by 60% and can reduce building time up to 80% when compared to traditional construction.
