Research abstract

Currently, the AF does not have clear visibility and understanding of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for changes caused by Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), operational and training requirements updates, modifications to the Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and other causes of change. In this Phase II effort, Securboration extends Phase I MEWSIC to orchestrate and analyze DT/DTw data to address this gap and understand TCO and corresponding ROI for potential changes to a system. The resulting MEWSIC will be a “Propulsion Digital Enterprise Total Cost of Ownership Tool that increases TCO situational awareness for the USAF Sustainment Center / Propulsion Program and informs their development and acquisition processes.
