Shift is a mission-driven company that uses technology to help veterans navigate successful career changes. Utilizing our proprietary algorithms, we analyze candidate skills and experiences and match them with companies that possess similar interests and cultural values. Shift partners with a variety of renowned companies including Okta, Uber, Palantir, WeWork, Publicis Groupe, Cisco, Symantec, Major League Baseball, and many more. Shift is eager to bring our groundbreaking capability to the Air Force, where we can revolutionize access to top technology companies. Shift will partner with AFWERX, the 14th Air Force, and NSW to place Airmen into the most innovative technology companies in Silicon Valley as Technology Fellows using our talent matching software.
