Using predictive analytics, we aim to optimize talent in the workforce in both the military and civilian (private) markets. After executing the benchmarking study on the (4) critical key positions, we will gain a deeper understanding of what strengths and skill sets are required for success in the USAF. This will be beneficial in helping airmen understand themselves better, as well as giving the USAF a greater understanding of their talent pool and resources. The USAF will be more likely to place the right people in the right positions, streamlining their talent acquisition efforts and making the entire hiring/placement process more efficient. Placing and retaining key talent is incredibly valuable and reduces the time to fill roles and develop the talent.
