Research abstract

Military and civilian agencies are both challenged with complex interdependencies during critical incident and operations. Whether responding to an incident on a military installation that require multiple local/civilian response agencies, or when planning and executing an exercise where diverse organizations must interact to provide the desired impact, the need to see a common operating picture, in real time, is critical to mission success. Being able to communicate effectively amid the noise of emerging operations can bring clarity and simplicity into the hands of those whose mission depends on them. The integration of multiple technologies into the GlobalFlyte platform results in a complete, secure cloud-based communications platform called WarFlyte. WarFlyte addresses directly and uniquely these current needs in escalating incident respons and management.
