Research abstract

This proposal is a continuation of a Phase 1 SBIR project and offers a connector solution that will meet, and will likely exceed, all of the defined criteria. The core of the concept is based on surface effect technology developed and demonstrated by Harley Boat Corporation of Bartow, Florida, known as the H-SES (Harley-Surface Effect Ship). The work will lead to a working 30% scale model as well as the design documents for a full scale vessel.
