Research abstract

Phase 2 contract will result in the development of a C-band PA and LNA with enhanced performance over existing products. The use of innovative topologies and lumped element layouts will result in a 50% reduction in die size. This reduction coupled with the use of yield enhancing current mirrors will drastically reduce the cost of the elements needed for these phased arrays.
