To advance the CDAO mission for accelerated DoD adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) to enable decision advantage with efficient and cost-effective transformation of design and certification decisions, Bluespace EMC, LLC is pleased to offer SAGE, A Generative AI Knowledge Continuity Solution based on the latest advances in generative AI and Bluespace team’s expertise in digital tool implementation for DoD acquisition, design and certification of weapon systems. SAGE speeds up the adoption of the digital-age workforce, allowing Government and Contractors to use text-based queries to search program, organizational, company and program resources. This allows for a Generative AI-enabled interactive chatbot that provides curated results to specific questions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and domain-specific databases. SAGE fulfills a critical need for Knowledge Continuity by reducing the delay of relearning existing knowledge and prevents loss of expertise currently one of the biggest impacts to program schedule. SAGE is an AI model that uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the quality of LLM-generated responses, providing greater access to the most current, reliable data sets, ultimately ensuring TRUST in the results. As a result, this system offers a scalable, lightweight technology and does not require large “static” datasets to support domain adaptability.
