Research abstract

To address the DoD need for dynamic and effective integration of technologies and personnel across departments, Collaboration.Ai proposes to develop the Intelligent Matching of Personnel, Agents, and Capabilities for Technologyá(IMPACT) system. This proposed IMPACT system is based on a sophisticated AI-agent engine powered by Collaboration.Aiĺs established mature NetworkOS AI architecture, leveraging customizable, actionable agents and a novel agentic framework. The innovation in combining real-time matching capabilities with transformer technology and multi-modal models will enable IMPACT to optimize resource allocation, streamline decision-making, and enhance collaboration within the DoD. As a result, this system offers real-time adaptability, personalized recommendations, and action execution, directly addressing the DoDĺs requirements for enhanced mission success and operational efficiency.During Phase I, Collaboration.ai will demonstrate the feasibility of IMPACT by developing a functional prototype that dynamically aligns personnel and tools based on real-world scenarios. In Phase II, Collaboration.ai plans to develop a deployable prototype, further refining its integration with DoD systems to solve current technology fragmentation challenges effectively.
