Research abstract
B.E. Meyers & Company proposes to deliver the Phase I requirements of the AVPAS by utilizing its research and development resources to examine new technologies, architectures, and designs. These efforts will result in providing to the government the market research, proof-of-concept analysis, and a proposed design for an AVPAS prototype. The prototype design will be founded on incremental testing and sub-integration of the architectures selected, thereby promoting certainty of schedule and minimal developmental risk.
