Research abstract

TALON (Tactical Adaptive Layer for Operational Nexus) is a PQC-enhanced secure communication framework developed for SOCOM and the Air Force, supporting JADC2 interoperability and ensuring quantum-resilient encryption for ISR, CAS, and multi-domain operations in contested environments. Leveraging NSA/NIST-compliant post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms, TALON provides real-time, low-latency encryption and AI-driven traffic obfuscation to counter adversary electronic warfare and cyber threats. Its adaptive security protocols optimize data integrity, bandwidth efficiency, and network survivability while reducing computational overhead, enabling seamless integration with SOCOM, Air Force C2, and ISR networks. By securing tactical data exchange against quantum-enabled threats, TALON enhances SOCOM and JADC2-aligned mission-critical communications, ensuring resilient, multi-theater operational effectiveness.
