Research abstract

Control Vision, Inc (CVI) proposes a prototype EO/IR imaging sensor payload that can survive high-speed flight environments while collecting calibrated infrared imagery of-and-through vehicle window(s) and collected data of vehicle interior conditions during a flight experiment.  The work in this project leverages CVI’s flight heritage EO/IR sensors and CVI’s experience and successful history flying these sensor missions.  CVI will conduct system design, development, and manufacturing of the prototype imaging-sensor payload along with supporting integration onto a flight-test vehicle and supporting post-mission data analysis.
