USAF Predictive Analytics / CBM+ package for Tactical Ground Vehicles (JLTV)

Technical Abstract:Uptake Federal is a best-in-class open COTS-based CBM+ solution giving users a single, shared view within a provided decision support tool that includes both sensor-based data analytics and historical work order-based analytics. Uptake has been commercially validated for over a decade with the platform’s training data analyzing over 306 billion vehicle-related data points. AI/ML algorithms have processed data from over three billion observed operating miles across a variety of vehicles, engines, climates, and duty cycles. Uptake offers immediate cost savings through waste reduction and efficiency gains. The application’s open nature makes it completely hardware agnostic. Although Uptake can work with any data logger so long as it’s gathering data suitable for advanced analytics, we have specifically partnered with Somewear Labs to develop a satcom-based logger/transmitter that offers global coverage via the Iridium satellite constellation, even in remote or austere environments. The Uptake/Somewear partnership provides global coverage and a single-source for collection, transmission, storage, and analysis of vehicle data. All data remains the property of our customers, including the government.
