Research abstract

Digibeam is presenting the development of a low-power, Charge Control System (CCS) for the application of reducing the particle beam charge for extended range ADR application.  Digibeam’s CCS, is a synchronize beam charge recombination structure to achieve a digitally controlled charge control of the beam allowing extended range operation.  As a dual use technology, a modified version of the CCS can be used for charge reduction in high throughput advanced lithography equipment.
