Intelligent Waves DCGS 5G Phase II

A key element of this effort is to enable the ability for analysts to use the Mission Applications for multi-source intelligence analysis and enable rapid decision-making advantages as part of the overall ABMS and JADC2 goals. DCGS currently faces a challenge with accessibility of the Mission Applications thus necessitating the need for a Next Generation (Next Gen) DCGS system.For Phase II of this SBIR, the AF DCGS PMO requires buildout of our solution architecture that facilitates network transport encompassing all available network connections, specifically 5G. This is required for DCGS Next Gen to utilize innovative 5G Technology to sustain enterprise IT systems and access DCGS Mission applications. Intelligent Waves’ DENET solution is just that - a proven architecture creating a survivable SD-WAN mesh offering intelligent routing, traffic prioritization, and secure utilization of all available network transports. DENET’s layered approach allows the warfighter to utilize any available public 5G, SATCOM, or WiFi connections as an SD-WAN at the tactical edge quickly and easily, regardless of existing security level. As DENET is modular in its architecture, DCGS will realize these benefits in the current state with on-premise systems and also when those systems are located only at Hub sites or are cloud-based.
