Research abstract

Eascra Biotech presents a groundbreaking Janus Base nanoparticle (JBNp) delivery system for enhanced therapeutic interventions in military medical scenarios. Traditional lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are hindered by limited tissue targeting, potential toxicity, and logistical inefficiencies. JBN technology, a new synthetic molecular formulation that mimics the structure of DNA, promises precise RNA and drug delivery with improved stability and reduced toxicity. JBNs boast superior biocompatibility, showcasing significantly diminished liver accumulation, and display excellent endosomal escape in comparative studies with LNPs. JBNs also demonstrate remarkable temperature resilience, maintaining structural integrity and bioactivity even after prolonged room temperature storage. Eascra's JBNp platform is scalable and versatile, showing suitability for a range of treatments beyond cartilage, such as solid tumors, and neurological issues. However, a key initiative in Phase II development is adapting this technology to target military-specific needs, e.g., addressing cartilage degradation/regeneration and non-addictive pain management. This advancement can revolutionize regenerative medicine applications and pain management through the deployment of our two initial JBN products outlined in this proposal with the goal of increasing combat readiness and potentially reducing therapeutic expenses for defense healthcare. EascraÆs proprietary IP further ensures the adaptability and scalability of this transformative innovation for regenerative medicine.
