Research abstract
Technical Abstract: Aqua Innovations aims to enhance warfighter performance through advanced hydration technology that reduces both human-carried and shipping weight significantly while providing sustained hydration in the harshest of operating environments. •Overview: USAF Aircrew and Groundcrews will benefit from sustained hydration in physically harsh environments with further development of AquaGard. Multiple Air Force customers include ground and air crews, personnel in disaster relief areas, and anyone operating in an environment where safe drinking water is not readily and abundantly available. Technical Merit: Ingredients are all GRAS/FDA approved and produced in a USDA monitored facility and does not contain allergens. Studies conducted by 711 Human Performance Wing (AFRL) and Ohio State University confirm Aqua Gard’s hydrating effectiveness. •Team: We have an integrated solutions team with proven effectiveness in defense technologies and military life support products. •Commercialization: We have a team capable of bringing new products to market; Aqua Gard has strategies, key functions, and personnel in place to achieve greater success and expansion.
