Research abstract

The Department of the Air Force and Pacific Air Forces have a vital need to increase the speed at which staff officers can respond to the rapidly changing landscape of foreign policy and strategic logistics. Major Command-level tactics, techniques, and procedures often take weeks to flow through the drafting to approval process while the battlefield with near-peer threats like China and Russia can change at a moment's notice. A tool trained and capable of reading over 500 DoD policy documents in minutes is the tool required to allow senior leaders the agility to respond to on-the-horizon threats.
