Foreign Adversary Information Operations Detection Platform To Support INDOPACOM Resilient Basing

China is using malicious information operations to try to harm US partnerships and support in the Indo-Pacific region, according to open-source reporting. To counter this, Alethea can provide INDOPACOM with the ability to identify Beijing's information operations and networks early, before their attacks gain traction, drastically improving airmen's ability to prevent China from sewing discontent in the South China Sea. Alethea's solution, Artemis, a cloud-based software tool, that enables users to rapidly identify, investigate and proactively respond to instances of information ops before they spread. The tool leverages advanced analytics and machine learning shaped by our team’s industry-leading expertise to detect instances of foreign information ops. Artemis scores the impact and determines the level of risk posed to the organization and provides tailored mitigation recommendations. Alethea will execute a 3-month systematic and intensive feasibility study of our information ops software platform, Artemis with 613 AOC to establish the scope of modifications needed for the Phase II effort to adapt the core technology to fit the mission needs outlined in the DAF Operational Imperatives.
