Research abstract

The Unified Platform for Product and Capability Development (UPCD) is designed to revolutionize acquisition. The proposed effort configures the platform to deliver an advanced software capability that improves the Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) and Fielding and Deployment Release (F&DR) processes. Once successful, UPCD will provide a broader software deployment strategy to empower the SOF enterprise and, eventually, scale to support the entire Department of Defense and the defense industrial base.
