Blue Jay: Strengthening SIGNIT Classifiers and Identifying Adversarial Attacks

R-DEX Systems (R-DEX) proposes to leverage its unique expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced sensor systems to increase the TRL of Blue Jay, a groundbreaking and innovative processing suite for the validation and strengthening of AI-based signal classifiers. Blue Jay will radically improve the robustness of AI-based signal classifiers against adversarial attacks, including spoofing and jamming. In the proposed Army Catalyst effort, R-DEX proposes to work with its strategic partners to build on the successful Phase II to increase the TRL of Blue Jay. The goals of the Blue Jay Catalyst effort are to increase the TRL of the Blue Jay Technology, integrate into objective hardware, evaluate its performance a PEO sponsored test event, and prepare for transition into an Army Program of Record. The desired outcome at the end of the contract will be to test/demonstrate R-DEXís Blue Jay technology at a PEO-sponsored demonstration, facilitating rapid technology transition into an Army Program of Record.
