Research abstract

The purpose of this effort is to develop enhanced Custom Support Electronics (CSE) capable of providing high-fidelity scene data synchronously to a large-format scene projector or sensor for HWIL simulations.  The goal is to use the new CSE (NESSIE2) for driving current and new scene projectors with synthetic imagery generated by KHILS-developed FLITES or FLINT scene-generation PCs. A major emphasis will be placed on the digital scene injection (DSI) configuration of the NESSIE2.
