Research abstract
Imbellus’s computer-based assessments, used for recruiting, retraining, and increasing retention in F500 enterprises, provide insight into test-takers cognitive skills including problem solving, critical thinking, inventiveness, and adaptability. Valid and reliable assessment of these skills leads to significantly improved personnel decisions which save enterprise and government teams millions of dollars while increasing team performance, output, and cohesion.
