Research abstract

Maintaining task synchronization and decision alignment across distributed operational nodes remains a critical challenge in dynamic mission environments. Existing planning tools are not equipped to adjust in real time to delays, cascading dependencies, or evolving coordination requirements. To address this capability gap, Lynntech proposes CONDUCTORóan AI/ML-enabled decision-support system designed to help operators preserve battle rhythm through adaptive task modeling and structured, role-sensitive escalation support. In Phase I, Lynntech will demonstrate CONDUCTORís feasibility through a simulation of a high-tempo, multi-agency coordination scenario, validating its ability to manage timing drift, support situational awareness, and enhance tempo adherence in complex, time-constrained environments.
