Research abstract

ORCHESTRA-AI is a comprehensive operational rhythm management system that addresses critical challenges in strategic planning environments through five integrated innovations: RhythmBridge, TempoAlign-AI, ContextTriager, AdaptiveOps Interface, and RhythmSim-AI. RhythmBridge provides a dynamic checklist backbone that adapts to evolving operational phases and turnover cycles, while TempoAlign-AI modulates planning tempo based on cognitive load assessments using lightweight sequence models and operational classifiers. ContextTriager applies transformer-based multi-source fusion to prioritize mission-critical updates while filtering noise, dynamically adjusting based on tempo and commander intent models. AdaptiveOps Interface modulates UI complexity according to user role, task urgency, and operational tempo, while RhythmSim-AI simulates operational pacing stress to forecast rhythm degradation before it occurs, enabling proactive interventions to maintain planning resilience during high-stress operations.
