Research abstract

BrightArc, developed by Bright Apps LLC, is a proprietary Generative AI framework designed to address the limitations of manual video analysis in government and commercial applications. This technology automates the interpretation of video data, enabling faster, more accurate, and less biased analysis than traditional human review. At its core, BrightArc leverages a multi-modal data processor that fuses information from various sources, including video feeds, text data, and sensor inputs, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the environment. This contextual awareness allows for more nuanced and reliable analysis, enabling the system to generate actionable insights and support critical decision-making in diverse, dynamic environments.áBrightArc achieves high performance through its network of intelligent agents, called BrightAgents. These agents are built upon large language models (LLMs) that have been meticulously fine-tuned on curated datasets to reduce hallucinations and biases. To further enhance their capabilities, BrightApps LLC has developed proprietary algorithms that leverage the collaborative nature of these agents. By cross-referencing information and validating outputs against each other, BrightArc effectively reduces the occurrence of hallucinations and ensures the accuracy and objectivity of the analysis. This collaborative approach is particularly crucial in government operations, where decisions based on video analysis can have significant consequences.áBrightArc's advanced capabilities stem from this unique architecture, which combines fine-tuned LLMs with innovative algorithms to create a robust and reliable system for automated video analysis. This approach addresses the inefficiencies of manual review, reduces human error and bias, and optimizes resource allocation. Ultimately, this translates to faster response times, improved operational efficiency, and reduced costs across various sectors, making BrightArc a compelling solution for modern government and commercial needs.áBrightArc, nearing commercialization at TRL 6, offers a compelling solution for modern government and commercial needs with applications in defense, disaster response, security, healthcare, transportation, and retail. Its adaptability and flexibility drive significant advancement in automated video analysis and decision-making. BrightArc enhances situational awareness and enables real-time object detection and tracking through integrations with standalone cameras via Bright360. Furthermore, BrightArc is utilized in BrightShields, a framework for coordinating teams of robots for autonomous task execution with prioritization and decision-making capabilities. By automating the complexities of video analysis, BrightArc empowers human operators with efficient and reliable insights, ultimately leading to better-informed decisions and enhanced operational effectiveness across diverse domains.
