Research abstract

Stell Engineering, Inc. is proposing a Direct to Phase II for the CDAO SBIR Open Topic OSD254-P001. Stell will develop a software platform to Streamline Business Processes related to highly manual data entry, reviews, and categorization for Specifications, Standards, and Requirements related to engineering interfaces, maintenance, and procurement of systems.áStell has already developed AI workflows utilizing a containerized version of the LLM, BERT, and deployed this to paying commercial customers. This work will be the foundation of Stell's additional data model and AI features during this contract.áStell will also plan to pursue an ATO for the AI prototype during the 18 month contract, with the basis being an existing ATO process at IL5 with SSC S6 for their requirements management workflow software.á
