Research abstract
The U.S. Army requires advanced solutions to improve Command and Control (C2) data interoperability across its complex network of systems, including CPCE, C2OTM, and M-ITN, among several others. The HERE Enterprise Browser addresses this challenge by automating data synchronization and integration across disparate Army platforms, reducing the need for manual data entry and reconciliation. HERE leverages AI-driven schema alignment, machine learning for automated message mapping, and a patented secure messaging system to ensure real-time data exchange with sub-100 millisecond latency. The system’s flexible architecture supports cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments while maintaining compliance with DoD security frameworks. This Phase I feasibility study will demonstrate HERE’s ability to unify data interoperability, accelerate decision-making, and reduce cognitive burden for Soldiers. Conducted in partnership with Stony Brook University’s CEWIT, the project will validate HERE’s AI-based interoperability capabilities in operationally relevant environments.
