Research abstract
We propose a field-portable surface bondability detector capable of determining surface cleanliness. Readings will be traceable to industry standard methods (MIL-STD-1246C, IEST-STD-1246D). We propose a low-risk high-payoff optical method that flexibly handles different sizes, structures, and materials.
