Research abstract

The objective for this Phase II SBIR is the construction of a Vulnerability Analysis Toolkit with the principle goal of expediting the development of inputs required to support vulnerability simulations. It's foundation includes a generic, open, and cross-platform XML-based database specification. The software will implement two unique and specific techniques for increasing the speed at which analysts can generate the needed geometric information to support vulnerability analyses: intelligent and zone-based geometry construction.
