Research abstract

Trout Green Technologies proposes to develop a non-lethal light grenade and related weapon systems which utilize a debilitating strobe effect to temporarily render opposing and innocent forces helpless. A unique feature of the approach prevents this debilitating strobe from reaching friendly forces. The approach utilizes conventional technologies in a novel manner to provide low-cost, lightweight devices.
