Research abstract

QoreHealth is the first company in the telemedicine market providing innovative remote, 100% hospital-grade diagnostics and monitoring in real time. QoreHealth’s novel technology exploits a unique gap in the market by creating a rugged and rapidly deployable Mobile Hospital Station (MHS) weighing only 27 lbs, integrated with a secure network for live-feed patient vital sign monitoring. Qore’s devices and telehealth platforms are FDA, CE MDR, and ISO compliant for medical devices, vitals monitoring, and patient records transmittal. Qorehealth’s mobile technology integrates Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics modules that predict potential health issues, improve patient monitoring, and make collaboration more efficient. The network versatility (3G / 4G / 5G, Wi-Fi, LAN, radio & satellite) and encrypted transmission reduce the potential for further injury via quick onsite care and propel Airmen back into the fight sooner. QoreHealth currently has sold 50 Mobile Hospital Stations in 5 countries that provide medical care to 7,000 personnel including the Spanish Ministry of Defense - NATO Telemedicine Unit, MediTech SAS, and Modcomm who provide remote assistance to patients geographically separated from providers in remote conditions. QoreHealth addresses the top three priorities identified by the Air Force Medical Service Capabilities Based Assessment which are, Combat Casualty Care, Medical Support & Readiness, and En Route Care / Patient Movement. Specifically the Advanced Medical Monitoring (AMM) Family of Systems (FoS) initiative that is being prioritized to improve prolonged casualty care and patient data transfer across care roles. QoreHealth will create a state-of-the-art prototype which will adapt its MHS-5 to include the expansion of patient to provider monitoring from 1:1 to 1:6, creation of an innovative software application "QoreExperience-Air" with User Interface (UI), and integration of a monitoring function "Pulse Pressure Variation" (PPV) into the "QoreExperience" software via current blood parameters module and Pleth Variability Index (PVI) to solve the current gaps in mass-casualty trauma treatment capability for C-STARS. This solution would allow CCATTs to; 1) deploy the ruggedized MHS-5 for continuous en-route monitoring and stabilization of critically ill patients, enabling prolonged field care and effective evacuation to higher-echelon facilities, 2) Enable Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES) personnel to securely transmit patient vitals, ultrasound scans, and ECG data to remote trauma centers and deployed hospitals, enabling real-time triage and coordinated decision-making in operational environments, and 3) prioritize evacuations, optimize treatment workflows, and consult with trauma specialists during in-flight care, ensuring improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
