Research abstract
Horizon Defense Solutions' Regulus platform is an AI-driven solution developed to modernize Command and Control (C2) scheduling for the Air National Guard’s Battle Control Center - Weapon System Council (BCC-WSC) and the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). Regulus leverages advanced machine learning and knowledge engineering to streamline scheduling, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operational inefficiencies. The platform’s predictive analytics provide real-time decision support, enabling leaders to proactively manage personnel readiness and risk. Regulus integrates structured and unstructured data, ensuring seamless interoperability across air, land, and cyber domains. This Phase I project will validate Regulus’s compatibility with existing systems, refine its data contextualization capabilities, and prepare for full integration into the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) framework. Through enhanced data-driven insights, Regulus aims to increase efficiency, reduce human error, and align with the DoD’s vision for a resilient, interconnected force.
