Research abstract
Collect'd, along with our Research Institution partner, the New Mexico Trade Alliance (NMTA), proposes a secure, AI-powered document management platform tailored to meet the personal information needs of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) personnel. The platform allows Airmen to store, access, and share critical documents such as identification, certifications, financial records, medical documents, and legal paperwork through an intuitive digital interface. Designed to streamline the management of personal information, Collect'd simplifies the process for Airmen and their families to securely handle important documentation, especially during deployments. The platform integrates artificial intelligence to automatically organize, categorize, and retrieve key information from documents, providing voice-enabled search and predictive text for form completion. Collect'd’s end-to-end encryption ensures the highest level of data security, allowing Airmen to control access and share documents with authorized individuals such as family members, commanders, and medical professionals. Commercially, Collect'd is well-positioned to address the growing demand for secure personal information management across industries such as finance, healthcare, and insurance. The platform’s capabilities can also be extended to non-DoD systems, providing Airmen with lifetime access to their documents and easy integration with veteran services.
