Research abstract

Current state of training operations relies heavily on a vast assortment of courses, often leading to unnecessary duplication and inefficient usage of both instructional staff and time. AETC must ensure that each Airman receives precisely the training needed, devoid of extraneouscontent, to optimize readiness and deployment capabilities. Without this, they will be unable to establish a benchmark in military preparedness, to sculpt a future where Airmen are seamlessly and swiftly transitioned from training to deployment, fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their respective missions. To defeat our adversaries, AETC must arm ISR Airmen with access to common data and information, the ability to rapidly develop and share applications, and a culture that values and rewards integration and collaboration. data.world’s solution will eliminate course duplications, optimize instructor utilization, & tailor training to the precise requirements of each Airman. data.world’s solution will leverage AI to intelligently analyze and categorize AETC’s exhaustive training materials. By transforming these resources into an intelligent, searchable database, the platform will facilitate a ‘training wizard’ functionality with seamless teaming capabilities. This advancement will guide the creation of customized training paths, significantly reducing the time Airmen spend in  classrooms and allowing for rapid adjustments to training regimens based on real-time operational needs –ensuring access to competency-based training in a collaborative learning environment.
