Research abstract

Adversaries like China and Russia have blatantly ignored “standard orbital practices” and treaties meant to keep space a cooperative environment.  With 8,377 satellites orbiting the Earth currently, and 55,000 more to be launched by 2031, knowing which are friendly and enemy is vital to national security. USSF has an existential mandate to monitor space objects to avoid operational surprise, but current technology fails on revisit rate, price, size, and global placement, the enemy can avoid these sensors.  Exclosure will offer a small form SSA/SDA platform, the size of a microwave, deployable to any point on Earth in days, ensuring Nat’l Space Intl Ctr, Space Delta 2 (SDA), and others will have 24/7 comprehensive SA of adversary actions in and through space.
