Research abstract

WillCo Tech develops off-the-shelf products including CyberSTAR and IASTAR platforms (DoDD 8140-compliant, used by DoD) configurable web apps aiding government, contractors, and businesses in managing cyber workforce (CWF) training. To address the Air Force's continual demands for better talent management of personnel, WillCo’s most recent development is Cyber Talent Management, a software suite using ML and AI to optimize talent management based on CyberSTAR data. This addresses CWF personnel challenges by aligning personnel, training, and experience with an organization's mission. WillCo Tech prioritizes R&D to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape and contribute to Air Force advancement.
