Research abstract

D&G Analytics proposes to advance our commercial platform analysis engine to encompass third-party application analysis beyond Windows applications. This will provide warfighters with real time software integrity checks through automating the inspection of third-party applications. D&G’s Software Integrity Platform (SIP) is a preventative control for third-party software supply chain security that continuously detects latent threats embedded in third-party software applications, as well as subsequent software updates, before deployment authorization approval. During the Phase I period of performance (PoP), D&G will conduct feasibility-related experimental R/R&D to validate the product-market fit between the proposed D&G solution and Department of the Air Force (AF) customers and end-users. D&G will network to connect with many potential AF end-users and customers. During these conversations, D&G expects to explore and communicate the anticipated SIP benefits, understand specific end-user performance requirements, and map-out clear technical, programmatic, and schedule timelines for Phase II and Phase III pathways. During the last 30 days of the Phase I PoP, D&G will develop measurable objectives and key results for future trial demonstrations that showcase how the solution meets the needs of the AF. D&G will use this Phase I effort to establish the baseline for a Phase II prototype.
